Question: On page 9 of the Solicitation, Item 0001 is described as "Inst/Delivery, Lease for the Base Year". On page 11 however, there are two POP dates - POP 01-AUG-2019 TO 31-OCT-2020 and POP 01-NOV-2019 TO 31- OCT-2023. How should we interpret this? Does the first POP includes mobilization time and one year lease, and second POP - only 4 year lease period and demob, but without the mobilization of the equipment because it concerns the option extension of the contract? Which POP should we use to calculate the price offer?
Answer:
CLIN 0001 includes Delivery and Installation of the temporary structure, plus the first year of lease.
CLIN 0002 is Deinstallation / MOB Equipment & Tear Down All, ONLY.
CLIN 1001 is for the lease for the 1st option year ONLY, CLIN 2001 is for the lease for the 2nd option year ONLY, and CLIN 3001 is for the lease for the 3rd option year ONLY.

Question: We are thinking of using a mobile foundation anchor system (Krinner anchors) that will penetrate the ground 150cm. Is this possible? There are NO electricity or gas lines/tubes in the ground? Who would, if needed, provide the digging permission?
Answer: Any person, contractor, agency or organization that will be performing any ground penetrating activities at the USAG-Bavaria is responsible for requesting and obtaining a permit prior to engaging in any ground penetrating activities.

Question: Where is the sewer drain to connect the downpipes of the gutter to?
