W912PA-18-Q-0009 – Questions & Answers 1 thru 5

15 June 2018

QUESTION ANSWER

1. I can't find the frequency of the cleaning (work program)?

Frequencies are included as attachment 3- “frequency levels table,” on page 21 of 58 of the PWS. All buildings that are part of CYSS are considered child care/youth facilities.

2. It is said that Kitchens and breakrooms are totally 25,000 square meters (see page 12 of RFQ). To me it seems a bit much. Is the total square meters right?

This is the total square meters of cleaning that may be ordered in one year for all sites. It does not represent the total square meters in the physical building.

For example, we may request one breakroom to be cleaned once every six months, and another to be cleaned every week, so long as the total meters cleaned does not exceed 25,000.

3. Building B- Is the cleaning of the interior windows in the hallway included in the

PWS?

Yes, the windows are included. Attachment 4, “building composition and square meters,” has been revised to show 18 square meters of windows for the hallway (room 35) on the second floor of building B on Eygelshoven.

The quantities for CLINs x020 and x021 have been increased accordingly.

4. Building V (Cantina) - The surface of the windows seems to be more than specified in the PWS.

Attachment 4, “building composition and square meters,” has been revised to show 36 square meters of windows for the dining (room 2) and 16 square meters of windows for the small dining area (room 2a) of building V on Eygelshoven.

The quantities for CLINs x020 and x021 have been increased accordingly.

5. Building V (Cantina) - Is the cleaning of the inside glass doors included in the PWS?

Yes, the glass doors are included. Attachment 4, “building composition and square meters,” has been revised to show 20 square meters of windows for the entrance (room 1) of building V on Eygelshoven.
