LOWER RIVER LAND REPAIR

W912P9-19-R-0016

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

1.) I have a question in regard to the pay items associated with the solicitation for Lower River Land Repair referenced by the solicitation in the subject line. On the pay item sheets the highlighted rows that list each group list the group of equipment, mobilization, and demobilization, are we to include these mobilization/demob. costs with the hourly rate of each piece of equipment?

CT RESPONSE:

The answer to your question is no. Please Note that the mobilization and demobilization CLINS have a TBD ( To Be Determine) in the Unit of Measure. This cost will be negotiated before a Task Order is awarded.

2.) I would like some clarification on the bonding required for the solicitations referenced in the subject line. For Bid Bond purposes we are to provide a bond for the 20% of 3M or bid amount whichever is less. For Performance Bond purposes our understanding is we will be required to bond each task order and those amount of those orders may be from $5,000.00- $15,000,000.00? That said will 15M be the maximum amount for performance bonding?

CT RESPONSE:

The Performance and Payment Bonds will be required per ordering period. Each Ordering Period’s Period of Performance is a year.

Lower River Land Repair Capacity is 15.0 Million. Each Ordering Period’s Performance & Payment Bonding will be 3.0 Million Each.
