About this file
This document is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (SF-30) for a federal contract (Solicitation No. W912P825R0029) issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District. The amendment makes three key changes: (1) converting the solicitation from a Small Business Set-aside to an UNRESTRICTED procurement, (2) extending the response date to 18 September 2025 at 10:00 AM local time, and (3) modifying multiple contract details.
The modification impacts the delivery schedules for multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), shifting the periods of performance for each CLIN by approximately 11 days (from starting on the 20th of a month to starting on the 1st of the next month). The solicitation appears to be for Concessionaire Services for Food & Beverage Operations, with a multi-year performance period from September 2025 to April 2031. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), submit proposals electronically via email to the Contract Specialist Taylor Brandon, and attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference/site visit on 2 September 2025. Proposals are limited to 25 pages and must include detailed information about technical capability, past performance, and pricing.
