About this file
This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for federal contract opportunity W912P726QA003 regarding Lake Sonoma Sewage Pumping Vault and Portable Restroom Rental Services, revised as of April 3, 2026.
The solicitation is a replacement contract for W912P721P0012, previously performed by United Site Services of California with a total contract value of $343,213.32. Key clarifications include: only the past performance questionnaire (PPQ) format provided in the solicitation or Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) will be accepted; Liberty Glen was not listed as an option in the previous contract; contractors must provide their own water supply; and the contract includes a flat-line item for 40,000 gallons of sewage pumping per year. The government identified multiple vault locations requiring pumping services: 7 vault locations at Liberty Glen, 2 at the Overlook Day-Use area, septic holding tanks at Park Headquarters, and potential usage of day-use areas including Lone Rock and Yorty Creek. Specific pumping locations will be requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) as necessary throughout the contract period.
