About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity W912P726QA003, dated 01 April 2026, concerning Lake Sonoma Sewage Pumping Vault and Portable Restroom Rental Services.
The document addresses four clarification questions from potential contractors. Key details include: this is a replacement contract for predecessor contract W912P721P0012, which was previously held by United Site Services of California with a total contract value of $343,213.32. Regarding past performance submissions, the government will only accept the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) format provided in the solicitation or responses through the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS); alternative templates from prior government clients will not be accepted. Liberty Glen was not included as an option under the previous contract and therefore is not carried forward. The contractor must provide its own water supply, as no government water point is available for contractor use. No additional substantive information regarding service requirements, pricing terms, performance periods, or evaluation criteria is contained in this Q&A document.
