About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for the laundry services solicitation W912NR26A004 issued by the Department of the Army National Guard for service in Metairie, Louisiana from January 28 to February 28, 2026. The contract requires contractors to provide laundry pickup and delivery services for Army personnel, with two pickups per week and an estimated volume of 1,500 pounds of laundry per week over five weeks. Services include laundering Army Combat Patrol (OCP) uniforms and civilian clothing items such as jackets, sweaters, shirts, pants, and undergarments. The government will not provide laundry bags; soldiers will supply their own. Contractors are responsible for tracking total weight per bag and may be required to locate lost items from soldier bags.
Pricing must be submitted on a per-pound basis for a firm fixed-price contract. Invoicing can be submitted bi-weekly or monthly at the contractor's discretion. Hotels are located in the Metairie community (off-post), and contractor personnel will not require background checks or facility access credentials. Delivery timelines are specified in section 5.0 of the Performance Work Statement. This is a total small business set-aside with NAICS code 812320 (Housekeeping-Laundry/Drycleaning services). All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide UEI, DUNS & Bradstreet, CAGE Code, and Federal Tax ID numbers with their quotes.
