Responses to Requests for Information
Cutoff Date for Receipt of Questions 27 May 2026
Question #1. The PWS calls for contractor staff to be on site full time except during holidays however technical exhibit 3 of the PWS states that the workload only calls for
150 annual exams and 1-3 day coordinated event. Is the expectation to conduct just 1 annual exam per person assigned or be available daily for exams when needed or requested?
Response: This is a coordinated 3-day annual event only; the contractor is not required to be on-site daily. The requirement is for a 3-day annual event only, not daily full-time staffing.
For personnel unable to attend the main event, the contractor must provide a make-up option
(e.g., appointments at the contractor's local clinic). The contract has a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) maximum of 150 employees.
Question #2. How does the government wish this to be priced out, price per exam or price per lcat to meet the requirements of the solicitation?
Response: The requirement shall be priced by Category and Unit Price (Per Service). This includes a flat rate for the 3-day event staffing, and itemized "per test" pricing for evaluations and labs. The Government will only pay for the actual services rendered, up to the 150-person NTE cap.
Question #3. Is there any incumbent/recompete or is this a brand-new project? If yes, could you provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past?
Response: Yes, there is an incumbent and it is not a brand-new project. The incumbent contract is W912LR22P0080, awarded in September 2022 for similar services. The period of performance is set to conclude on 29 May 2026.
Question #4. Reference PWS 1.1.1 Technical: Will the Government provide the applicable technician job categories and/or position descriptions associated with the required medical surveillance examinations?

(SEGs) and surveillance enrollment criteria mapping for the covered employees along with the examination roster.
Question #6. Reference PWS 1.2 Technical: Can the Government clarify which specific OSHA standards, DoD instructions, and/or medical surveillance protocols apply to each applicable employee category under this requirement?
Response: The medical surveillance must comply with applicable OSHA standards (e.g., 29
CFR 1910) and Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 6055.05 (Occupational Medical
Examinations). The specific protocols required per employee will be dictated by the matrix provided by the Government.
Question #7. Reference PWS 1.2 Scheduling: Does the Government have a designated date range for performing these coordinated examination events for the base period and option periods?
Response: The exact dates for the 3-day coordinated event will be finalized post-award through mutual agreement between the Contractor and the COR. However, the Government anticipates conducting the Base Period event in August 2026, with all subsequent Option
Period events anticipated to take place in May of each option year to align with the new

The historical records are available, but they are hard copy only and controlled personal identifiable information. They cannot be removed from the facility or sent to the contractor in advance. The contractor will be granted access to review the physical records on-site in the record room during the event.
