About this file

This document is an Amendment (SF 30) to a federal solicitation for the Virginia Army National Guard (VaARNG) Family Programs Volunteer Workshop. The amendment extends the solicitation closing date from March 20, 2025 to March 24, 2025 and makes several key modifications:

The amendment updates the Performance Work Statement (PWS), specifically changing section 5.3.8.1 to specify one childcare room to accommodate up to fifteen children ages 0-11 (previously thirty). It adds "Answers to Industry Questions" as an attachment and modifies the FAR Clause 52.222-42 from "By Reference" to "By Full Text". Vendors are instructed to submit no more than 3 past performance references. The solicitation remains a 100% small business set-aside for hotel and lodging services (NAICS code 721110) with a $40 million size standard, seeking services for a Volunteer Recognition Workshop & Youth Symposium near Richmond, VA scheduled for May 2-4, 2025. Quotes are due by 11:00 AM EST on March 24, 2025, with the government intending to award a firm-fixed-price contract.
