Additional Information - Annual Training - Magnitude of Scope.
This year’s AT figures for subsistence ordered from DLA cost around $230,000. That includes, A-ration line items, produce, milk, and shelf stable meals. Majority of our cost this year came in Catered Meals at CAIN DFAC and field ration UGR-As that cooks prepare in a field environment. The $230K would increase if a vendor had the meal kits that would replace our MREs/TOTM meals that units usually request for lunches.
