Supplies / Services Order Period (OP) 1

FFP

Contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, supplies(not food), materials, supervision, and any other management requirements necessary to provide Full Food Service (FSS) and Management & Food Production (M&FP) at Camp Dawson, Building #100, Kingwood, West Virginia. The contractor shall provide non-personal services as defined in the PWS and the contractor submitted proposal. The contractor is authorized partial delivery payments for the services. Contractor may on a monthly basis, invoice the lesser of 1/12 the total CLIN price or this amount minus the value of any non-conforming services. The Government will honor and pay invoices where the contractor has satisfied the tasks and requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), Deliverables List, as well as the method of execution identified in the contractors proposal. Failure to deliver on one or all of the aforementioned documents may, at the discretion of the Government, result in a request for invoicing adjustment.

(a)(1) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 722310.

(2) The small business size standard is $41,500,000.

(3) The small business size standard for a concern that submits an offer, other than on a construction or service acquisition, but proposes to furnish an end item that it did not itself manufacture, process, or produce is 500 employees if the acquisition--
