A. Under the technical capability we need to know the plan to meet staffing requirements while following guidance within the Wage Determination requirements. Any pricing data/figures will be annotated in Volume 4, as stated in Para 7.0.

2. Q. The SF 1449 Form Block 8 states the Offer Due Date is 13 Jun, 2022. ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1 Para 1.0 Proposal Submission Instructions state 25 May, 2022. Which one is correct?

3. Q. ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1, Para 2.2.2 states “type size shall be 12 point Times New Roman standard font with single spacing”. Is there guidance on font for graphics and tables?

A. Graphics and tables can have a font size of 10 point or higher.

4. Q. The Performance Work Statement (PWS), Para 1.2 states “Non SIK diners will pay for their own meals via cash or other means” how are these funds distribute/allocated? Does the Contractor keep all non SIK charges/profits?

A. There are five major categories of personnel authorized to eat at Camp Dawson’s DFAC: officers, enlisted personnel, military dependents, Federal civilian employees and others. Operation and Meal rates will be IAW DOD Financial Management Regulation, Volume 12, Chapter 19 (Food Service Program). Collection and distribution of funds will be IAW regulatory guidance to include DOD FMR referenced above and AR and DA Pam 30-22.

5. Q. Who provides the food? What are the acceptable sources of food?

A. PWS states in para 5.6 “Contractor shall provide food products of equal or greater grade/quality as listed in Exhibit 5”.

6. Q. How many drill weekends are there in a month?

A. As per PWS Para 5.3.1 “ Contractor shall plan meals IAW with meal projections provided thru RFMSS” Contractor can plan for four drill weekends, unless there is a holiday, the COR will provide the Contractor with these projection approximately 30 days prior to schedule meal period.
