PROPOSER QUESTIONS

WVARNG RESPONSES

The requirement is for RF and the Dual Reflective for privacy on some of the same windows. Please confirm.

Yes, Window in the classroom area requires both privacy “tinting” and RF shielding

The AITEC Northeast Hallway has very tall glass, but for about 3 feet up top it is blocked by what looks like concrete, and access to that glass from the inside will be impossible. Does the tint install request end at the beginning/heights of the concrete structure?

We want the tinting to cover the entire window pane(s)

All the windows have small access to the top of the pane, 8”-12” See attached Photos “titled Q&A attachment 1 and Q&A attachment 2”

Classroom North Side/back: Once again it has a concrete like structure at the top of the glass, and those are curtains right? How high do then need the tint/laminate to be? Do we have access?

The windows are covered with Curtains. The tint/Laminate to the top of the pane. You will have access.

Classroom Backdoor: How high will the laminate go? Same type of concrete structure at the top of the glass.

Laminate to the top of the glass mailto:Erica.d.oldaker.civ@mail.mil

The picture of the glass above the door (high glass) that requires the tint. In the response it says that we will have 8-12" for access. From that ledge, how high/tall is the glass? Is it a foot or more?

The Glass extends 4’ 04” 11/16 past the ledge. There is roughly 9” of space from the window to the ledge. The total height of the interior floor is roughly 15’. See attached photos “titled Q&A attachment 3 and Q&A attachment 4”
