About this file

This document is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W912L124R0003 for mobile medical and dental services for Soldier Readiness Program (SRP) events in Texas. The amendment extends the proposal due date, provides answers to questions, and revises the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key details include:

The solicitation requires a contractor to provide comprehensive medical and dental services at three SRP events in June, August, and September 2024 - one event at Camp Swift with 600 participants and one at Temple with 300 participants. Services to be provided include physical health assessments, dental exams, vision exams, immunizations, lab work, and case management. The government will provide access to medical systems but the contractor must supply their own computers and internet. The solicitation is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection, and the award will be a single firm-fixed-price contract. The government aims to provide the award decision at least 14 days prior to the first event. The PWS has been revised to remove certain requirements such as women's health exams and pulmonary function testing.
