Temple: 600 PAX. Given this is a Firm Fixed Price contract and in order to accurately price the services requested for submission purposes, we respectfully request the Government provide service counts that will indicate the number of each service requested to be performed at each event (e.g., number of PHA, audio, immunizations, dental exams, dental treatment, etc.)?

Question: 1.3 and 5.2.4 Period of Performance Pgs. 1 and 13 Period of Performance shall be to service three (3) SRP events for the following dates and locations AND Mobile Health Practice shall have capability for real‐time, point of service military health records upload. Our experience indicates that the CAC process for contractors can take 30 days or more and given the Government's requirement of the first SRP event date being 1‐3 JUNE 24 which is only 8 business days after RFP submission.

ANSWER: Yes.

ANSWER: Not Required for follow‐on treatement of identified medical deficiencies after the event.

22. Question: PWS 5.2.2.14 and 5.2.2.15 Requirements: Pg. 12 Ability to perform Women’s

Health Exams such as Pap smears, Chlamydia testing, mammograms as required per Women's Health guidance, and case manage Mammography AND Ability to perform DRE (Digital Rectal Exam) and PSA testing for over fifty, male service members. ANSWER: As long as the contractor can provide by name tracking as to what requirements have been completed/pending for SMs going through the event, bar code scanning is not required.

26. Question: PWS 5.2.4 Requirements: Pg. 13 Contractor shall be able to upload images to

Question: PWS 5.4.3.1 Post‐event Dental Case Management Pg. 15 Post‐event dental case management is not to exceed 30 days from the end of the event for Soldiers whose dental status cannot be converted to DRC 1 or 2 on‐site. Dental treatment plans can be lengthy, complicated and ever changing. Given this is a firm fixed price contract, we recommend and request that the Government limit the required services to only those to be specifically delivered during these 3 SRP events, and any dental treatments needed thereafter would be handled and priced by alternate means? There is no way to cost and price what and how many follow‐on services may be needed in this firm fixed price contract unless the Government is able to provide this specific information to us now.

System) Compatible Audiometer Testing. Pg. 16 MOHT/SPRINT testing shall be performed IAW all applicable OSHA, State and Federal guidelines. Given the short turn time on these events, may Contractor assume that only SPRINT testing for these SRP events will be acceptable to the Government?
