About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for RFQ W912K626QA003, addressing inquiries from prospective contractors regarding a meal service requirement.

The requirement calls for 2,000 lunches to be provided over a 10-day training period from July 10-19, 2026, at a rate of 200 meals per day. No not-to-exceed ceiling has been established, though contractors are encouraged to submit fair and reasonable pricing. The government will not provide equipment, as contractors are responsible for all temperature control and transport systems until delivery; specific requirements are detailed in Section 3 of the Statement of Work. Menu requirements and dietary restrictions are specified in Section 4 of the Statement of Work beginning on page 24. There are no option years or potential for recurring annual training support beyond the stated 10-day period, and no incumbent contractor currently holds this award.
