About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding solicitation number W912K623Q0047 from the Department of the Army Maryland Army National Guard for intrusion detection system statewide monitoring services. The current alarm panels across monitored state facilities include Honeywell Vista 128BP and 128BPT models as well as Bosch 9512G-USA panels, with most utilizing both cellular and LAN line communication for monitoring except for the SCIF which uses only a LAN line. The administration codes for the panels are provided to the contractor but changed during the reprogramming process. Only the monitoring company is required to be UL certified. The state inspects all systems except the SCIF every six months, while the SCIF requires quarterly inspection to be included in its monitoring costs.
