EXHIBIT F

PROPOSAL INQUIRY FORMAT

SOLICITATION W912K6-15-R-0013

1. Section 5.6 Removal of wastes is required to consist of any material- are any material/liquids known from previous digs? Are dig permits required? Is there a fee for recycle material disposal on base?

There are not any know items from previous digs. Permits are not required and there are not any recycle fees. All recycled materials will be kept tracked of and a report will be provided at the end of the project for all waste management.

2. Will the government provide specific details on power available at guard house as well as nearby locations. Current phase single/two/three phase, voltage and amps? Details on the sub panel have been provided, however it is broken in 6 or 5 20 amp breakers? Majority of AVB systems require two or three phase creating the need to access "Main" power for a new circuit.

The question is to vague to provide a detailed answer. Drawings are not available at this time. There is a 3 phase junction box at the guard house. Refer to paragraph 6.29 for more details.

3. Is the battery backup system required for all ancillary devices are just the active vehicle barrier?

All systems that make the gate operate.

4. Can the roadway be completed closed during installation? If yes what is the maximum allowable time for the road closure?

Schedule of any road closures will be discussed with award winner.

5. Will a laydown area be provided on site by the government for storage of equipment, materials and machinery?

Yes

6. Addendum Section 6.31 - What are training requirements: number of personnel number of sessions, video/manuals?

Training is to ensure that the personnel can do required maintenance and operate the system. Please provide a training class that will cover all items and provide any materials (books, manuals, etc…) that will assist with training class.

7. Is the warranty to include labor? YES

8. Does the site (government) have available drawings or dig safe's to provide the contractor showing existing conduit and utilities. If no will the utility locate be the responsibility of the contractor or the government?

There are currently not any drawings available. Vendor is required to provide utility locating services.

9. Section 6.9 - Are the spare parts to be included or only listed? LISTED

10. Hot work Permit needed for welding and cutting torch? A burn permit is required and can be issued by the Government.

11. Can the government provide a limited sources justification for the Net Type barrier that exceeds DoD/UFGS required for active vehicle barrier systems? Net Type barrier limits manufacturer competition to two sources and is significant cost over traditional barrier types.

Any documentation will be provided via FBO.

12. Can the government clarify whether or not the contractor will be required to meet UFGS Section 34 41 13.19 Active Vehicle Barriers and UFGS 34 41 26.00 10 Access Control Point Control System? If no is the government alleviated the contractor of any performance verification and safety testing requirements for the system?

Must meet UFGS Section 34 41 13.19

13. Will the government allow 10 pages to be utilized instead of 3 for the technical portion of the volume. With limited specifications and design drawings we request the additional pages to adequately define our solution, bill of materials and conceptual design plan.

14. Does the government require further pricing breakdown to properly evaluate specific components that may or may not be included by each contractor to provide a valid (LPTA) price comparison?

YES, please read the solicitation and SOW for details.

15. Required depth of High Voltage conduits need to be buried? At least 36" inches

a. Does power from GB to sub panel need to be installed in a duct bank? YES

i. If so, what are the onsite requirements for onsite duct banks? Please refer to paragraph 6.28 of the statement of work.

16. SOW Item 6.4 requires the vehicle barrier to be bi-directional where it will stop inbound and outbound threat paths. Providing ASTM M50 crash test certifications for vehicle impacts from both the inbound and outbound directions as a minimum is proposed to demonstrate compliance with this requirement. Please confirm that this meets minimum requirements to demonstrate bi-directional stopping capability YES

17. Can we place the step-down transformer to the outside of the vehicle inspection lane near the existing hand hole? Are there any prohibited locations for this step-down transformer?

The step-down transformer shall be provided next the net system.

18. Solicitation Due date has been extended to allow for third party delivery. Hand delivery is still an option. Refer to solicitation for details.
