The following have been added by full text:

AMENDMENT 0002

This amendment 0002 is hereby incorporated into solicitation W912JD22R0002 and shall become a part of any resultant contract.

Question 10) Technical Exhibit 3, BHS Services, shows 160 hours per month of Clinical Service hours. Can you confirm this is not split with any civilian/technical/green suiter position?

Response: This is a stand-alone full-time FTE position.

Question 11) Can the Government provide how many FTE historically have been required per CLIN?

Response: This is a new requirement. See Amendment 0001 – the government’s response to question number 5 for additional details.

Question 12) Does the Behavioral Health Case Management contractors require any telephonic duties outside of regular business hours? If so, are those positions provided a government phone?

Response: No telephonic duties after duty hours required during the performance of this contract.

Question 13) Are there any vacancies for the current contract?

Response: No. This is a new requirement.

Question 14) How many workstations is the government providing?

Response. The government will provide adequate workstations for all who are performing the required service under this contract.

Question 15) Is the Contractor the sole maintainer of medical records?

Response: No, the Government is responsible.

Question 16) Are all medical records centrally located?

Response: Yes, all records are centrally located.

Question 17) Can the Government provide tenure dates for SCA vacation tenure?

Response: IAW FAR 52.222-41(n) – Service Contract Labor Standards, Seniority list. Not less than 10 days prior to completion of any contract being performed at a federal facility where service employees may be retained in the performance of the succeeding contract and subject to a wage determination which contains vacation or other benefit provisions based upon length of service with a Contractor (predecessor) or successor (29 CFR 4.173), the incumbent Prime Contractor shall furnish the Contracting Officer a certified list of the names of all service employees on the Contractor’s or subcontractor’s payroll during he last month of contract performance. Such list shall also contain anniversary dates of employment on the contract either with the current or predecessor Contractor of each such service employee. The Contractor Officer shall turn over such list to the successor Contractor at the time commencement of the succeeding contract.
