The document contains 21 detailed questions and answers addressing critical operational details, including tank/bladder requirements, water volume specifications, contractor working hours, and service logistics. Key specifications include a total graywater removal requirement of 24,000 gallons over six days, with up to 4,000 gallons removable per day, and service locations that may include mixed road conditions such as paved roads, improved gravel, and two-track unimproved trails.

The Q&A provides technical clarifications on service requirements, such as water storage options (poly tanks or bladders), acceptable hazmat certifications (OSHA Hazwoper 24/40), contractor work hours (0800-1700), and water handling logistics. The contract is structured as a 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 562998 and a small business size standard of $16.5M. The anticipated period of performance is from 03 August 2025 to 13 August 2025, with GPS coordinates to be provided 72 hours prior to service start, and the government intends to award to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote without discussions.
