Question and Answer 7/5/2017
1. I don't see a pricing sheet for this project. Generally we see CLINS # for the building lease. CLINS # for delivery and set-up. CLINS # for the furniture. CLINS for the option years and CLINS for the teardown and return.
Answer: The CLIN Structure is shown on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation posted to www.FBO.gov
2. The second Q&A states on Q10 that the contractor supplies the workstations. Please provide more detailed information on what the Government wants and are you purchasing or leasing the working stations?
Answer: The work stations will be leased. The type should be similar to (or better than) office cubicles/workstations.
3. The second Q&A states on Q1 that the electrical is 50 feet away. Is this a 400amp MDP or just a transformer that we can tie into.
Answer: Transformer.
4. The second Q&A states on Q6 that a Fire Alarm is needed but no information is given on what is needed and were it is to be run/connected to.
Answer: The Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) shall be a complete, supervised, non-coded, analog-addressable system, installed in class A configuration per NFPA 72 and UFC 4-020-02FA. The FACP shall provide point reporting to the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP). The FACP shall in turn provide point reporting to the Monaco D-21 Central Receiving Station in Building 1225 (Fire Department). The fire alarm system within the Temporary Facility shall include smoke detectors and pull stations. Note: A Brand Name Justification (J&A) is being written for Monaco compatibility and will be posted to the solicitation.
5. The current floor plan has no comm/room for your rack/patch panel or fire alarm panels.
Answer: A comm closet is not required in this facility.
