Questions & Answers Linen Laundry Services

1. I noticed on the pricing sheet that there needs to be an indication of how often this service is done, which causes me to submit an inaccurate price. For example, if one trip costs $6,000.00, and the price stays the same for the five years of the contract, then the total I would submit would be $30,000. However, if year one is $6,000.00 and I time that by eight, I would be submitting $54,000.00 for year one, making the grand total of the contract $207,000. Do you want us to include the contract's frequency or leave it out?

*See attached Linen Services_Pricing Sheet (Revised).xls; frequency is eight (8) times a year but, there’s a formula that will calculate the 8 times per year from the total for each year highlighted in yellow in the Excel spreadsheet.

2. Can you confirm that no pillows will be processed/cleaned? Yes, estimated 80 EA pillows see Statement of Work (SOW).

11. Would you like me to include all 8 times the items need to be cleaned under the unit price? *See attached Linen Services_Pricing Sheet (Revised).xls there’s a formula that will calculate the 8 times per year from the total for each year highlighted in yellow in the Excel spreadsheet.
