W912J2-22-R-0003 Bulk Grocery Supply/Delivery Questions and Answers
1. What are the requirements to be considered to transport the food from point “a” to it’s various destinations?! I thank you in advance for your assistance and consideration in this matter.
Offerors must be able to meet/preform all Technical Factors and all Technical Sub-Factors in order to be considered for award. Technical Factors are outlined under 52.212-1 and 52.212-1 Adendum of this solicitation.
Delivery is just one sub-factor of this requirement.
2. Are product specification documents also required for every product on the price proposal?
No, Product specifications are not required for each item on the price proposal spreadsheet.
3. Curtis, after reviewing the document required to complete the RFP, a copy of SF1449 and FAR 52.212-3 appear to be required, but were not included with the RFP documents.
This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation. It's meant to be streamlined. A SF 1449 solicitation isn't required for the solicitation however will be issued if awarded.
However offerors must include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offerors that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideratrion.
