Questions & Answers W912J2-17-Q-1029 31 August 2017
| 1) | Question: Is the roof of building 510 a "Standing sheet metal roof", as stated in the SOW? |
| Answer: No, it is a rubber membrane roof. The SOW has been updated in Scope of Work Section 1a. |
2) Question: Please advise diameter of the two antenna masts to identify proper mounts/hardware.
Answer: This information is available from Harris Corporation on its premier website. It is proprietary information that we cannot distribute without permission.
3) Question: Please also advise approximate height of roof off the ground for access purposes. Answer: The height is approximately 20-25 feet. The only roof access is a ladder on the interior of the building, which is only large enough for personnel to climb. It would not allow transportation of equipment to the roof.
| 4) | Question: Seeking further clarification. The antenna illustration attached to solicitation is a fan dipole supported by two mast with three two tiered guys and anchors. The Harris antenna "RF-1950-AT001" specified in the SOW is an INVERTED VEE DIPOLE supported by a single mast with four single tiered guys and anchors. Please clarify which antenna configuration you have. | |
| Answer: The illustration attached to the solicitation, document “NVIS HF ANTENNA SYSTEM” no longer applies to this solicitation, and it cannot be removed. Information regarding the items specified in the Statement of Work is available from Harris Corporation on its premier website. It is proprietary information that we cannot distribute without permission. |
