j. GPS Coordinates of worksite locations taken from google maps.

i. Coordinates of building 510 HF antenna: 43.129655, -89.334002

ii. Coordinates of building 402 remote station: 43.131900, -89.335086

iii. Coordinates of building 1212 alt remote station: 43.128801, -89.337126

2. The contractor shall procure all non-penetrating roof mounting equipment, lightening suppression devices such as poly-phasor including appropriate grounding for these devices, antenna cable connectors, boom lift if required, RG 213 cabling or equivalent, building entry panel and any miscellaneous hardware and/or accessories

a. Resistance for all lightning protection and grounding shall be 5 ohms maximum.

b. All equipment and/or accessories that the contractor procures shall be corrosion resistant, i.e. galvanized/stainless steel/paint to include hardware like (bolt, nuts, washers).

3. The government shall provide the HF radio and NVIS antenna to the contractor to install.
