The file contains responses to potential bidders' questions, revealing key details about the procurement. The current incumbent is Extension Enterprise Group LLC, with a contract value of $96,000.00 for 60 months of service. A site visit is scheduled for 4/15/2025, and the solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Businesses under NAICS code 561720.
The government responses address various topics including wage determinations (suggesting contractors use Code 11000 for labor categories), clarification on fringe benefits being separate from hourly wages, confirmation that E-Verify is free to use, and no restrictions on hiring personnel. Additional details include parking privileges for the janitorial contractor and specifics about janitorial closets in two buildings (one wet closet, one dry storage area in building 0001, and one wet/dry closet in building 0002). The solicitation intends to award a single purchase order to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror.

Inquiry: Was there a pre bid? If so, was it mandatory to attend?
Government Response: A site visit is scheduled for 4/15/2025 and details will be provided in the solicitation amendment.
Inquiry: Can you disclose who the current contractor is and price being paid?
Government Response: Extension Enterprise Group LLC. The current value for 60 months of service is $96,000.00.

Government Response: The contractor will need to determine which code is the best fit for the types of employees they will use. Code 11000 is a good place to start as it includes several labor categories relevant to janitorial services. The Contractor can go to the Department of

Government Response: The fringe benefit requirements (usually “health and welfare,” vacation, and holiday benefits) are separate and in addition to the hourly monetary wage requirement under the wage rate.
Inquiry: Is E-Verify a service at no cost to the prime contractor?
Government Response: The Government does not charge a few to use the E-Verify system.
