About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for Solicitation Number W912HZ25Q0014. The amendment extends the closing date to 19 May 2025 at 3:00 p.m. CST and provides clarifications for a pond cleanup and valve repair project at the Lewisville Aquatic Ecosystem Research Facility (LAERF) in Lewisville, Texas.
The amendment includes detailed responses to contractor questions, specifying that trees, brush, and aquatic vegetation will be disposed of on-site in a designated area, with debris hauled off-site. The project's success is defined as a pond free of trees, brush, vegetation, and debris that has been mowed and tilled to 6 inches. Additional details include approximately 3,200 feet of 8-inch underground pipe servicing the ponds, an expected 1-2 week drying period after dewatering, and identification of four known mainline leaks in specific ponds. No sediment removal, drainage pipe repairs, or drain valve repairs are required, with only raw water inlet valves to be addressed.
