Attachment – Technical Proposal Cross Reference Matrix

As per RFP Section L.3, Attachment 5, Technical Proposal Cross‐Reference Matrix, is excluded from the proposal page count limitations. The Offeror shall complete the Cross Reference Matrix. The Government will use the Cross Reference Matrix as a tool to assist in the technical evaluation. The Cross Reference Matrix shall map the information between the Offeror’s proposal and the various elements of the Request for Proposal. Note that the information provided in the table below serves only as an example.
