Questions Received from Industry

For

W912HZ-18-9-0001

1. Will you consider proposals to form a new consortium or is it your intent to award to only an existing consortium?

The requirement for Industry is to identify:

a. Current Consortium(s) that could meet our requirements as they are currently established

b. Current Consortium(s) that could meet our requirement after minor modifications.

c. A new Consortium to best meet our requirements and maintain our mission as the priority.

These variations are all considered to be allowed within the current requirements. The government is open to these various types of solutions, but not limited to, as we will consider all proposals in determining the best solutions available for the technology areas required.

2. Are we required to partner or team with a prime during this time or will we be able to join once the best solution is selected?

A Consortium will remain open to continually grow to provide the best solutions possible in relation to the technology areas included.
