About this file
This is an Amendment to a Request for Quote for Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Amendment 01 to Solicitation #W912HQ26S0080 provides clarifications to three key questions received from potential offerors regarding the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) procurement for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
The solicitation is for Skydio X10 Unmanned Aircraft Systems, software licenses, and ancillary power accessories, with no alternative platforms permitted. The amendment clarifies submission procedures, confirming that all quotes must be submitted exclusively via email to Douglas.E.Pohlman@usace.army.mil or Giorgiana.Chen@usace.army.mil with a deadline of 22 September 2026 at 10:00 AM ET. Previous references to submission through the Army CHESS IT portal have been deleted. Additionally, the amendment confirms that a signed copy of the solicitation letter is acceptable in lieu of a formal SF 1449 form, which was not included in the original solicitation package. Any quotes or portions thereof submitted after the specified deadline or through non-compliant methods will be rejected and not considered for award.
