About this file
This is a Requirement Statement/Purchase Description from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) dated September 2, 2026, for replacement of Unmanned Aircraft Systems equipment for the Aviation Program Office training fleet.
USACE seeks to procure five Skydio X10 Unmanned Aircraft Systems, five Skydio 3D Scan for X10 licenses, and ten Skydio 150W batteries for the X10 UAS. The current training fleet consists of Skydio X2 systems, which are no longer in production and have been superseded by the X10 platform. The requirement is driven by the need to replace obsolete training equipment, address unserviceable aircraft and batteries, and ensure the training fleet aligns with the currently fielded UAS capability used by USACE personnel in operational settings. The purchase will enable the Aviation Program Office to maintain relevant, standardized, and effective UAS Basic Qualification training while supporting safe operations and operational readiness. The point of contact is Adrian M. Montague, Aviation Program Office Program Manager Operations and Airspace, at (938) 250-9578 or adrian.m.montague@usace.army.mil.
