About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) addendum addressing clarifications on contract requirements for a federal solicitation. Two key ambiguities regarding the Statement of Work (SOW) are resolved as follows:
The period of performance is 60 days from the date of award, as specified in Section A.2 of the SOW, superseding the 90-day timeframe referenced in Section III of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The top coat/seal coat material is contractor-supplied, clarifying that while Section 1.0 of the SOW indicates the contractor will provide this material, the detailed procedure section's reference to Government-Furnished GARON Tigerbond 221 Ultra does not override the contractor's supply obligation for the topcoat application.

Text version
1. Period of performance — Section III of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation states work must be completed within 90 days of award, but Section A.2 of the SOW states the period of performance "shall not exceed 60 days from date of award." Could you confirm which governs?
60 Days
2. Topcoat supply — Section 1.0 of the SOW states the contractor will provide the top/clear coat, but the SOW's detailed procedure (Sweep and Final Lock-Coat Application) specifies the final lock/seal coat as Government-Furnished GARON Tigerbond 221 Ultra — the same material as the base coat. Could you confirm whether the topcoat is contractor-supplied or Government-furnished?
Top Coat/Seal Coat is contractor-supplied.
