About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and outlines analytical and professional support services required for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Civil Works Navigation mission. The CDRL identifies five data items required under the contract, including technical/analytic reports, analytic tools and software, multimedia products and systems maintenance, survey design and training materials, and small business reporting. Reports and deliverables will be defined in detail for each individual task order and are expected to be comprehensive, peer-reviewed, and shared in draft for government review and comment. The small business reporting requirement mandates quarterly reports summarizing subcontracting achievements and goals. This CDRL supports the related federal contract opportunity notice for the IWR Navigation Data and Systems contract, which will encompass analytical and professional services to support all aspects of the Civil Works Navigation mission and other related areas such as flood risk management and ecosystem restoration. Services required include data analysis, modeling, economic assessments, infrastructure condition assessments, and strategic analysis of trends affecting navigation. The multiple award task order contract will utilize full and open competition under NAICS code 541618.
