IDIQ CONTRACT PERIOD

CONTRACT PERIOD & OBLIGATIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT:

1. The Government will award three (3) to five (5) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation. These IDIQ contracts will make up a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).

Each MATOC IDIQ contract will consist of a one (1) year Base Ordering Period with four (4) Optional Ordering

Periods consisting of one (1) year each. The Base Ordering Period shall begin on the effective (award) date of the contract and have a duration of one year. The exercise of any Optional Ordering Period shall revise and extend the current contract duration by an additional year from the date the option is exercised at that option period’s rates. The

Contracting Officer reserves the right to exercise an optional ordering period at any time during the currently established contract duration.

2. The cumulative maximum dollar value that the Government will order under this MATOC will be $4,200,000.00.

If the Government’s requirements for services do not result in orders totaling the “maximum” amount, that event shall not constitute basis for an equitable adjustment under any contract.

3. The guaranteed minimum quantity for each IDIQ contract is $3,000.00 for the entire contract period including option periods, if exercised. The Government will obligate funds in the minimum quantity amount at the time of award if there are no task order(s) to issue simultaneously. The Government will unilaterally deobligate the minimum quantity of $3,000.00 when award of task order (s) and/or modification(s) meet the minimum quantity.

4. Task orders will be competed among the MATOC contractors unless an exception to fair opportunity is documented for a specific task order requirement. Each task order will specify specific schedules and project milestones, which will apply to that task order. Services will be ordered through individual task orders on an “as needed” basis. Each MATOC IDIQ contractor agrees that it shall maintain sufficient capacity and employ sufficient resources so that receipt of subsequent task orders will not impact either its cost or time for performance of prior task orders.
