About this file

This file contains Q&A Set #2 responses for solicitation W912GY27QA002, addressing technical and compliance questions from potential offerors regarding thermal boards.

The Q&A clarifies several key requirements and acceptability criteria: Central Receiving can offload palletized freight by forklift; ASTM E96 permeability values of both <0.1 perm and <0.02 perm are acceptable; equivalent polyiso boards meeting specified dimensions and facing requirements are acceptable alternatives to the referenced product PIBDTS0548RM, provided they match the listed specifications; and for CLIN 0001, no additional R-value, fire rating, or acceptance criteria beyond listed specifications are required. Regarding the small-business set-aside requirement, respondents are directed to FAR Part 19, Section 19.104-1(f) for guidance on whether resellers must furnish products manufactured by small-business manufacturers and to identify applicable domestic-source requirements and manufacturer evidence obligations.
