PERFORMANCE STATEMENT OF WORK

PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT

ATV MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT

1.1 PART I – GENERAL

1.2 General: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and professional supervision necessary to provide factory inspection, maintenance services and repairs on the equipment listed in 1.1.1, in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer’s standards, where applicable, for Sierra Army Depot (SIAD). Contractor must demonstrate in their past performance evaluation questionnaire capability of conducting all maintenance on the equipment listed in paragraph 1.2.2. All work shall be conducted on

SIAD.

1.2.1 Equipment Listing: 2012 Polaris 800EFIX2 ATVs; 2010 Polaris MS100 6X6 ATVs; 2009 Kawasaki

Mule 610 4X4 ATVs; 2010 Kawasaki Mule 4010 4X4 ATVs; 2009 John Deere Gator HPXDSL ATV, 2014 John Deere Gator HPXDSL ATV, 2012 John Deere Gator 825I 4X4 ATVs and 2015 John Deere Gator 825I S4 4X4 ATVs. Model numbers may change.

1.2.2 Current Equipment Quantities:

2012 Polaris 800EFIX2 - 1 2010 Polaris MS100 6X - 6 2010 Kawasaki Mule 4010 4X4 - 66 2015 John Deere Gator 825I S4 4X4 - 79 2014 John Deere Gator HPXDSL - 4 2012 John Deere Gator 825I 4X4 - 25 2009 John Deere Gator HPXDSL – 1

Equipment quantities may change prior to award. During the period of the contract, equipment quantities are subject to change depending on fleet demand. The government will update the awardee upon arrival of ATV vehicles.

1.3 Scope of Work Items: Contractor will inspect, maintain, and repair (if repair is found necessary, contractor will submit a repair order/quote to the administrative COR prior to work being performed for approval) to factory standards.

Note: In order to minimize costs associated with transportation of equipment to/from an off Depot maintenance/repair facility, all work will be conducted on SIAD to the maximum extent possible.

Be advised that space may not always be available and weather conditions (wind/rain/cold/snow) may favor the use of a portable “shop” setup. Contractor’s will have access to electrical and water.

Sierra Army Depot is a remote rural location. ATV units are used extensively with some hitting 50 hours of use monthly. We anticipate many machines needing the 50 or 100 hour service monthly.

Service: All work will be completed utilizing Manufacturer approved processes, parts and materials for service intervals recommended by the Manufacturer and may include packages such as a 50 Hour Service, 100 Hour Service, 200 hour Service, Basic Service (250 Hours), 400 hour Service, Full Service (500 Hours) and Converter Belt Service (Inspection Based). These service packages will be billed at a predetermined set cost. See Preventative Maintenace Standards per the manufacturer standard.
