About this file

This document is a Sources Sought announcement for the Poznan Command and Control Facility (C2F) and Information Systems Facility (ISF) project in Poznan, Poland. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking market research and information from interested contractors about their capabilities to complete a project of similar magnitude and scope.

The project will involve the renovation of Building 28 North, Building 2, and portions of the Building 1 basement to provide an adequate and secure command and control administrative space for the U.S. Army V Corps Headquarters (Forward). The work includes major architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications upgrades, as well as site development, utilities, and security systems. The anticipated construction value is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000, with a 24-month completion timeline after contract award. Small and small disadvantaged business requirements are waived due to the overseas location. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their capabilities statements as soon as possible to be included in the government's contact list for this project.
