About this file

This document is a Sources Sought announcement for the Poznan, Poland Command and Control Facility (C2F) and Information Systems Facility (ISF) project. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking information from interested contractors who have the capabilities to complete a renovation project of similar magnitude and scope. The project involves complete renovation of Building 28 North, Building 2, and a portion of the Building 1 basement to provide adequate and secure command and control administrative space for the U.S. Army V Corps Headquarters (Forward). The work includes major architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications upgrades, as well as site development, utilities, and installation of security systems. The anticipated construction value is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000, with a 24-month completion timeline after contract award. Interested parties are encouraged to submit capabilities statements as soon as possible, as the government is seeking to develop a contact list for consistent communication about the project and a tentative industry day in June 2024. Small business set-asides are waived for this OCONUS project.
