CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Comment Classification: Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)

On page 12 of 30 the solicitation states: "For the purposes of evaluation under this factor, more consideration will be given to an Offeror that demonstrates experience in the following:

a. Projects Completed within the last six (6) years from the date of the solicitation or at least 50% complete by the date of this solicitation".

In this instance the section stating "a. Projects Completed within the last six (6) years from the date of the solicitation or at least 50% complete by the date of this solicitation" is lined/crossed out. In all other occurrences within the solicitation this statement is not lined/crossed out. Is this statement valid or should it be lined/crossed out in all occurrences? Please advise.

9252380 General Due Date

Comment Classification: Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)

In reference to the Subject RFP, Solicitation No. W912GB21R0010, we noted the recently released Amendment 2, published 21 May 2021, which provided responses to RFIs, revised the Phase 1, Factor 1: Past Performance of Construction Projects evaluation criteria, and updated the due date to 1 June 2021.

Due to the extent of the changes and the changes that are now required due to the Government's responses, the additional 5 calendar days to prepare Phase I responses is extremely limiting and only provided for two additional business days taking into account the US Federal Holiday weekend. We respectfully request, based on the changes, that the Government consider extending the proposal deadline to at least Friday, 4 June. This small extension would provide Offerors with 5 additional business days, in line with the originally contemplated extension via Amendment 2.

Government Response. . The government will extend the proposal due date to Friday, 4 June 2021 at

10:00 a.m. CEST. On: May 27 2021
