Solicitation No. W912ES23B0015

140th Ave S and 150th Ave S may be closed concurrently to construct the roadway crossings of the Southern Embankment but must not be closed concurrently with the closure of 3rd St, 130th Ave S and Clay County Road 2 and 180th Ave S. The permanent closure of 170th Ave S may be completed concurrently with the temporary closure of 140th Ave S and 150th Ave S but not concurrently with the temporary closure of 3rd St, 130th Ave S, Clay County 2 (160th Ave S) or 180th Ave S.

Construction activities will eliminate current access to properties adjacent to and within the work limits. (See the Reference Drawings for additional information on potentially impacted parcels). Maintain access to affected properties during construction activities by providing temporary access or by sequencing work to ensure property owners have access and emergency services can be provided. The temporary access must be completed prior to disrupting access for the adjacent properties.

Temporary access roads must be 24 feet wide with 4 inches of gravel surfacing. Maintain access roads in a condition that is free of dips, rutting, and potholes. Remove temporary access features and restore the area to preconstruction condition.

All work associated with the placement of stockpiles in Staging Area South as well as work on 180th Ave S must be completed per the interim completion date and released to the Government on that interim completion date.

3.5 RED RIVER STRUCTURE ACCESS

Provide the Red River Structure Contractor access to their work site from 3rd St S as tentatively detailed below. This is the responsibility of the Contractor to work with the Red River Structures contractor in regard to scheduled access needs.

b. October 15, 2024 - March 31, 2025 - Full access needed by Red River Structure Contractor.

c. March 31, 2025 - May 15, 2025 - No access needed by Red River Structure Contractor.

d. May 15, 2025 - December 31, 2025 - Full access needed by Red River Structure Contractor.

a. Red River of the North: March 15 to July 1

b. Wolverton Creek: March 15 to June 15
