About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for the Below Kennett Seepage Remediation Phase 2 project. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Memphis is seeking proposals to replace a section of the specifications regarding documentation of haul roads used during the project. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by the revised due date of July 26, 2021 at 1:00 PM, but the amendment does not otherwise change proposal requirements or timing. The selected contractor will be responsible for thoroughly documenting the pre-and post-construction condition of any public roads used for hauling through photos and video, notifying the Contracting Officer, and providing the documentation within specified timeframes. The contractor must also maintain and repair haul roads as needed throughout the work and restore them to their original or better condition once hauling is complete.
