Q2 4/04/2025:

1. How many contract references are you wanting? Is one, ok? Most of my customers I have provided services for over 10 years and don’t make them sign a contract. I can provide a couple if needed.

2. Do you want a fixed monthly invoice (May 1st-April 1st) of the price for the entire year, including all services?

3. Do you want a one-year contract or mul ple years?

4. Is snow separately contracted?

5. How strict is the me frame for mowing? I’m referring to the Monday-Friday a er 4pm or weekends…

A2 4/05/2025:

1A.) Submit a minimum of “one per contract listed” per page 2 of Exhibit A. We are just looking at the type and size of your past jobs, it doesn’t necessarily have to be considered a contract, just job-related experience is fine to list here.

2 A.) This will be addressed in the award document after we analyze all proposals and select an awardee.

3A.) The solicitation indicates that this is a contract with a Base year and 4 Option years. Please submit your proposal that accounts for the base plus 4 options. You can do this by opening the document attachment “A22 – W912EK25RA014 ROCK ISLAND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SOLICITATION” and follow the instructions listed in the cover page. Bullet 4 .A. describes what you need to do. You can fill in the bid price amount on PDF Page 11 starting with Item 0001 through 0005.

4A.) Snow is not applicable for this contract, this is strictly a seasonal mowing contract.

5A.) The schedule is set as is, the Contracting O icer Representative (COR) or Point of Contact (POC) will discuss the final schedule once an awardee is selected, and the contract is in place.
