About this file
This document is a transcript of the Real Property Support Services (RPSS) Industry Day 2.0 virtual meeting held on June 16, 2025, via Microsoft Teams. The event, hosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Engineering and Support Center, focused on a new contract opportunity for 8(a) small businesses to provide real property support services. The primary objective is to operate, sustain, and maintain a centralized program for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data in various government property systems, including GFEBS, ePRISMs, RPLANS, PRIDE, ASIP, and others.
The government anticipates awarding a multiple-award task order contract with approximately 5-7 awardees, with a total capacity of $60 million. The contract will be a 5-year effort consisting of a 24-month base period and a potential three-year optional ordering period. Services will be performed primarily remotely, with potential on-site work in CONUS and select OCONUS locations. Eligible firms must be 8(a) small businesses under NAICS code 541990 with annual receipts not exceeding $19.5 million. The anticipated award date is in the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, with the RFP expected to be released in November or December of the current year.

Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
And Please note that the answers provided in writing and made available on Sam will be the government's final position.
0:8:15.187 --> 0:8:15.947
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Next slide.
0:8:20.117 --> 0:8:31.317
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
The goal for today's virtual Industry day are to provide you all awareness of this acquisition, which enables adequate competition among technically acceptable vendors for the contract.
0:8:32.117 --> 0:8:35.117
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Familiarize yourselves with the RPSS program.
0:8:36.597 --> 0:8:43.237
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Provide potential offers and opportunity to network and discuss teaming or subcontracting arrangements.
0:8:44.917 --> 0:8:50.197
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Now I'm going to turn it over to Mr. Dale Adkins, who is our acting division chief of the
Energy.
0:8:50.587 --> 0:8:53.587
Vision here at Huntsville Dale.
0:8:54.957 --> 0:8:55.597
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Thank you.
0:8:55.597 --> 0:8:56.757
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Good morning, everybody.
0:8:57.317 --> 0:8:58.197
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I'm Dale Adkins.
0:9:1.757 --> 0:9:3.597
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
You just went muted, Dale.
0:9:7.347 --> 0:9:9.227
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Alright, good morning.
0:9:8.357 --> 0:9:9.37
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
There you go.
0:9:9.427 --> 0:9:11.667
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Alright, so I'm Dale Atkins.
0:9:11.667 --> 0:9:15.347
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I'm the acting division chief here for energy.
0:9:15.787 --> 0:9:20.267
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Just going to kind of lay down where we are and the directorate just for your awareness.
0:9:20.267 --> 0:9:30.667
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So we have 4 divisions in the Ispm Directorate, which is the installation support and programs management Directorate at Huntsville Center.
0:9:32.117 --> 0:9:36.837
Other divisions in our director include medical facilities, operational technology and then of course.
0:9:37.467 --> 0:9:39.27
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
The best one? Energy.
0:9:40.437 --> 0:9:58.597
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So I have oversight of the programs and much of our programs impact energy, infrastructure and energy use across the globe. Our team support all the Armed Services within DoD and many of the federal agencies in the US government. The focus of this acquisition is to support one of.
0:9:58.597 --> 0:10:6.917
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
The branches in our portfolio, which is the planning and programming branch, this planning and programming branch supports master planning.
0:10:6.987 --> 0:10:12.427
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Planning and real property management to include a full suite of master planning studies.
0:10:12.547 --> 0:10:15.547
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
DD1391 development requirements analysis.
0:10:17.37 --> 0:10:37.117
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Facility condition and utilization assessments and various other ad hoc's analysis and studies, planning and programming workload is divided between tasks, which require the support of A&E contractors and those which require a services contractor. This acquisition will focus on services.
0:10:37.947 --> 0:10:39.347
Service contractors.
0:10:40.807 --> 0:10:47.367
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I appreciate each and everyone of your support of this effort and showing up and attending this event.
0:10:47.607 --> 0:10:52.7
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I definitely shows your commitment to supporting our nation.
0:10:49.117 --> 0:10:49.477
Sangita Subramanian
The answer?
0:10:52.7 --> 0:10:58.207
Adkins, Dale B CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So thank you. And I will turn it over to the planning and Programming branch Chief, Wes
Bushnell. Thank you.
0:11:2.747 --> 0:11:3.387
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
OK.
0:11:3.747 --> 0:11:5.707
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Thanks, Dale. Good morning, everyone.
0:11:5.747 --> 0:11:7.267
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I am W Bushnell.
0:11:7.307 --> 0:11:10.67
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I am the planning and programming branch chief.
0:11:12.767 --> 0:11:14.647
Hold on a minute. Here I am.
0:11:16.157 --> 0:11:20.277
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So the Rpss overview, as Dale alluded to, we do.
0:11:20.277 --> 0:11:39.557
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
A lot of things we have a lot of products, a lot of deliverables, a lot of studies that we engage in, everything from the initial master planning and budget development, all the way through to capturing existing data from constructed real property facilities on installations. So we do G.
0:11:39.557 --> 0:11:40.77
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Builder.
0:11:41.197 --> 0:11:42.797
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I'll talk a little bit about builder later.
0:11:44.187 --> 0:11:46.307
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
And GIS data collection.
0:11:46.707 --> 0:11:55.947
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So everything from kind of cradle to grave, so to speak, the primary objective of the real property support services, as you can read here is mainly.
0:11:57.437 --> 0:12:12.397
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
To support real property record acquisition to provide subject matter expertise to support various real property requirements, including information technology, systems, audit readiness and compliance, field validation and assessment, space management, and.
0:12:12.707 --> 0:12:17.67
Host of other things. Please note this is very important.
0:12:17.67 --> 0:12:22.507
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Please note we do not include any engineering support, so this does not include design.
0:12:23.347 --> 0:12:26.707
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
This does not include construction, nor does it include renovation.
0:12:28.197 --> 0:12:35.277
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We are, for lack of a better word, an academic cell, so we do not design and we do not construct.
0:12:35.757 --> 0:12:36.437
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Next slide please.
0:12:40.777 --> 0:12:45.777
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Basically this is a little bit of a background to give you an idea of where it is that we're coming from.
0:12:46.17 --> 0:13:3.257
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So historically we have done this type of work. We have done real property systems of record data acquisition. We have done subject matter expert and the various analysis that are referenced within the within the performance work statement.
0:13:3.257 --> 0:13:7.937
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We've done this historically and we've done it for a very long period of time, however.
0:13:8.597 --> 0:13:10.757
Most of these requirements do not require.
0:13:10.987 --> 0:13:25.347
An engineer, they do not require the support of an A&E, so within the last five or six years it has been decided that we will no longer roll non A&E requirements up under our A&E suite of contracts. They are to be broken.
0:13:25.347 --> 0:13:25.547
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Out.
0:13:27.77 --> 0:13:29.877
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
And awarded appropriately to the services contractor.
0:13:30.317 --> 0:13:32.677
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
And so this is what you're seeing here this.
0:13:33.627 --> 0:13:42.627
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Kind of a proof of concept we have not done this before, typically in the past what we've done is gone out and awarded things singularly.
0:13:42.667 --> 0:13:45.347
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We've used the Oasis suite of contracts.
0:13:45.587 --> 0:13:48.227
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We have awarded C types contracts.
0:13:48.227 --> 0:13:49.627
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We've done some, say talks.
0:13:49.987 --> 0:13:52.627
This is the first time that we're going to try this with a Maytag.
0:13:54.237 --> 0:14:2.477
And so the idea being that we expect this particular methodology to be more efficient.
We expect to recognize some.
0:14:4.117 --> 0:14:4.437
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Some learning.
0:14:5.37 --> 0:14:13.957
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Some lessons learned we expect to reduce our time in award and we expect some efficiency increases, so.
0:14:15.437 --> 0:14:20.357
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
But like I said, this is a proof of concept. We have not gone through this before, so this is going to be the first time.
0:14:20.437 --> 0:14:21.277
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Next slide please.
0:14:27.917 --> 0:14:36.197
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So we we have multiple stakeholders as Dale alluded to, we do just about anything and everything throughout the world and for all DoD customers.
0:14:36.197 --> 0:14:40.317
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So we have a host of stakeholders with an interest in this type of support.
0:14:42.67 --> 0:14:47.507
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
And basically this is going to be a first come first serve project requirement.
0:14:49.37 --> 0:14:49.117
So.
0:14:49.827 --> 0:15:3.827
Whichever customer, be it a command, a branch of the service, a Garrison, an Air Force
Base, a Marine Corps barracks, whoever comes to us, we will provide this type of service.
Next slide, please.
0:15:6.467 --> 0:15:8.307
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So these are the acquisition focus areas.
0:15:8.307 --> 0:15:12.867
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
There are three of them, and we'll go into a little bit more detail in the slides below.
0:15:14.317 --> 0:15:23.757
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We talked about the real property systems of record, so this is basically any system that the military uses to capture information pertaining to real property.
0:15:25.877 --> 0:15:36.997
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
And for definitional purposes, real property alludes to any physical asset on an installation can be a building, but in cases of gifts, it can be.
0:15:37.307 --> 0:15:41.787
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
These things as simple as a telephone pole, a fire hydrant or a bus stop.
0:15:42.187 --> 0:15:48.107
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So basically any physical asset above or below ground because it can be buried utilities as well.
0:15:49.637 --> 0:16:0.757
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Is a piece of real property in most cases. If it has a FAC ID then it's going to be part of the real property system of record and so.
0:16:2.357 --> 0:16:3.717
There are multiple systems.
0:16:3.877 --> 0:16:6.117
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Gifibs nfad's builder.
0:16:7.837 --> 0:16:8.157
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
In reference to.
0:16:8.387 --> 0:16:16.67
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Builder this acquisition vehicle will only be used if an engineering assessment is not required.
0:16:16.107 --> 0:16:24.507
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So if we're just going out and collecting data for input into builder, we can use this vehicle to support that initiative. However, if.
0:16:26.77 --> 0:16:27.437
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
An engineering assessment is required.
0:16:27.557 --> 0:16:35.357
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
This vehicle will not be used and it will go to an A&E contract, mostly because an engineer is required.
0:16:37.867 --> 0:16:38.827
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
GIS systems.
0:16:38.827 --> 0:16:41.867
So those are probably going to be the big three that we award.
0:16:42.707 --> 0:16:43.867
It's going to be G fibs.
0:16:43.867 --> 0:16:46.827
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
It's going to be builder. There you go. Thank you.
0:16:48.317 --> 0:16:58.477
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
G fibs builder, asip, hqis infads we're doing a lot of work with infads, but any and every system could be utilized.
0:16:59.197 --> 0:17:3.357
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Demils. That's one that the medical commands use.
0:17:3.357 --> 0:17:4.157
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
It's not listed here.
0:17:4.157 --> 0:17:6.157
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We have done work for demos in the past.
0:17:7.497 --> 0:17:9.137
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We may do it in the future, we may not.
0:17:9.497 --> 0:17:11.297
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Inos can go back to the previous slide please.
0:17:13.327 --> 0:17:14.967
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So subject matter experts.
0:17:15.327 --> 0:17:29.7
And there are some slides below, but basically these are individuals that we would like to employ on a full time basis to individual garrisons to support or augment Garrison staff on a very limited time basis.
0:17:30.477 --> 0:17:31.437
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
This could be anything.
0:17:31.517 --> 0:17:41.557
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I mean, you see some of the disciplines that are listed here, master planners, environmental engineers, Fire Protection engineers. We actually did get a request for a certified playground inspector sometime in the past.
0:17:42.467 --> 0:17:48.747
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Didn't know those existed, but there is a need for them, so you may see that type of requirement.
0:17:49.347 --> 0:17:55.787
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
That doesn't necessarily mean that you have to have each of these disciplines on staff just means that you got to be able to get to them.
0:17:56.827 --> 0:17:56.907
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Uh.
0:17:58.737 --> 0:18:0.377
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Standalone studies and analysis.
0:18:0.377 --> 0:18:9.217
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So like I said, we are, for lack of a better word, an academic so and so we do a lot of different studies.
0:18:9.217 --> 0:18:14.217
Some of those you see here are utility analysis, environmental analysis, economic or financial analysis.
0:18:14.817 --> 0:18:19.777
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Right now we are doing some optimization studies for the oib.
0:18:21.837 --> 0:18:25.517
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Production, production lines, we do some of that kind of stuff.
0:18:26.887 --> 0:18:36.127
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
It doesn't necessarily mean that you need to have this expertise, you just need to be able to get to it. But in large part, given those these three disciplines the largest.
0:18:38.547 --> 0:18:44.67
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Need that we have is gonna be #1 the primary focus of this is real property systems of record.
0:18:44.147 --> 0:18:46.267
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
The other two are just kind of ancillary at this time.
0:18:48.77 --> 0:18:48.677
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Next slide.
0:18:50.277 --> 0:18:50.917
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
And then go one more.
0:18:54.417 --> 0:18:54.857
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
OK.
0:18:57.197 --> 0:18:58.197
Potential goals.
0:18:58.197 --> 0:19:6.477
So these are the goals that we're actively working for when it comes to real property systems of record audit compliance.
0:19:6.517 --> 0:19:7.397
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
That's a big one.
0:19:7.757 --> 0:19:18.717
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Gifi's they have to go through audit compliance every few years and we do a lot of work supporting that audit, compliance, GIS, probably the single biggest effort undertaken by us.
0:19:18.957 --> 0:19:20.517
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We do a lot of GIS work.
0:19:21.917 --> 0:19:25.997
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
And we do some subject matter expertise in support of real private systems record.
0:19:26.947 --> 0:19:28.907
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Gfibs is a primary example.
0:19:29.267 --> 0:19:31.787
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Gfibs generally.
0:19:31.787 --> 0:19:45.827
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I'm not aware of any training environment outside of the RPA offices at the individual garrisons, so those individuals tend to be highly specialized, so we may need a subject matter expert in gfibs. Just as an example.
0:19:47.317 --> 0:19:55.877
And we do a lot of data collection support, a lot of go out there, collect the data, run through some quality checks and input it into the system.
0:19:56.937 --> 0:19:57.737
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Next slide please.
0:20:1.257 --> 0:20:2.457
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Subject matter experts.
0:20:2.577 --> 0:20:5.217
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So we talked a little bit about this in an earlier slide.
0:20:5.577 --> 0:20:10.817
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
These are some of the various support requirements that we have master planning support.
0:20:12.487 --> 0:20:21.447
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Just to give you a A-frame of reference, I've only ever seen one request from a Garrison for a master planner, but it is a possibility environmental support.
0:20:21.567 --> 0:20:24.367
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We do some of this on occasion, but not too much.
0:20:24.887 --> 0:20:28.847
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Engineers. This is mostly where we see this type of thing.
0:20:30.377 --> 0:20:41.177
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Fire Protection engineers is a big one, although they are not required to be engineer or
P/E certified, there are Fire Protection technicians and that's typically what we're finding.
0:20:42.7 --> 0:20:44.647
There is a need for next slide please.
0:20:47.957 --> 0:20:49.757
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Standalone studies and analysis.
0:20:48.317 --> 0:20:48.837
Carrie Ann Williams - Andana - WOSB-HUBZone
Lost.
0:20:51.417 --> 0:20:52.617
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Please mute your mic please.
0:20:55.847 --> 0:21:4.87
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Stand alone studies and analysis requirements analysis. Very basic level study which establishes the need for a given facility on an installation.
0:21:4.167 --> 0:21:7.727
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
It's generally a precursor to the 1391 budget document.
0:21:9.377 --> 0:21:25.937
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Basically what you're looking at here is let's just say for the sake argument that we're moving an ADA battery from Fort Bliss to Fort Carson. We would go through and run a requirements analysis, see if Fort Carson had the buildings that this, that particular unit needs.
0:21:26.287 --> 0:21:28.127
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
In order to operate efficiently.
0:21:29.657 --> 0:21:30.297
Utility analysis.
0:21:32.377 --> 0:21:35.817
We do quite a bit of utility analysis. Basically what you're looking at is.
0:21:37.817 --> 0:21:43.217
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Establishing a need, establishing a supply, and figuring out how to gap that or bridge that gap.
0:21:44.967 --> 0:21:53.167
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Environmental analysis. These can encompass a variety of studies and analysis on the installation, various level of NEPA, storm water.
0:21:56.107 --> 0:22:2.787
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We can do low impact development and some other various and sundry types of analysis.
0:22:4.257 --> 0:22:15.377
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Economic and financial analysis, we do quite a bit of these most of the time they are not done independently of a 1391 or some other type of study, but we do do them on occasion.
0:22:17.97 --> 0:22:17.897
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Business case analysis.
0:22:17.937 --> 0:22:21.497
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Life cycle cost analysis that's becoming very, very much.
0:22:23.97 --> 0:22:25.577
Sought after, especially cost analysis.
0:22:25.967 --> 0:22:28.567
When it comes to a certified cost engineer.
0:22:29.247 --> 0:22:36.767
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
But these are types of things that we do that we can leverage a non AE may talk in order support.
0:22:39.377 --> 0:22:41.57
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Next slide please. I believe that's it.
0:22:43.997 --> 0:22:45.37
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Jonath back to you.
0:22:48.207 --> 0:22:48.927
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Thanks, les.
0:22:49.927 --> 0:22:51.47
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Next slide, vanez.
0:22:53.647 --> 0:23:14.617
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So just to give a brief overview of the acquisition approach, the government is seeking to identify qualified 8A small businesses under the NAKES code 541990. All other professional, scientific and technical services. The small business side size standard is
19.5 million.
0:23:16.177 --> 0:23:21.537
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
And we anticipate award of a firm fixed price multiple award task order as Wes said.
0:23:22.647 --> 0:23:36.327
Approximately 5 to 7 awardees and currently we're anticipating A5 year contract ordering period consisting of a 24 month base and one three-year optional ordering period. Next slide.
0:23:39.607 --> 0:23:45.87
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
The government is continuously doing market research to award this to an 8A small business.
0:23:46.817 --> 0:23:52.497
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Rpss has historically been awarded to an 8A business, so it will remain in the 8A program.
0:23:53.137 --> 0:24:0.137
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Currently, our anticipated award date is sometime in the second quarter of fiscal year 26 with a capacity of 60 million.
0:24:2.177 --> 0:24:2.777
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Next slide.
0:24:4.497 --> 0:24:8.897
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Now I'll turn it over to Mr. Leander Young, our procurement analyst here at Huntsville.
0:24:17.127 --> 0:24:17.767
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Leander.
0:24:21.367 --> 0:24:22.407
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
*** **** you, my mic.
0:24:22.807 --> 0:24:24.87
That's OK.
0:24:24.97 --> 0:24:25.617
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
OK. Hello everyone.
0:24:25.617 --> 0:24:29.657
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I'm Leander Young and I'm the procurement analyst with the office of Small Business programs here at HNC.
0:24:31.697 --> 0:24:32.337
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Next slide please.
0:24:34.817 --> 0:24:45.97
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I would ask you to please go to Sam Gov. Ensure your registration is up to date and enhance code. 541512 is including your registration. Wait a minute.
0:24:45.97 --> 0:24:51.537
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
No, no. 541990 is included in your registration prior to submission for Pro proposal.
0:24:53.127 --> 0:24:58.527
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I recommend you go to the SBA website to ensure that no next slide please.
0:25:1.317 --> 0:25:6.277
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I would recommend you go to SBA website to ensure that you are within the size standards for this acquisition.
0:25:6.437 --> 0:25:8.277
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
The Web address is listed below.
0:25:9.747 --> 0:25:16.987
OK. And as you can see, the SBA small business size standard for nays code is 541.
0:25:16.987 --> 0:25:25.467
Niners are all other professional, scientific, and technical service, meaning your annual receipts and net income cannot exceed 19.5 million.
0:25:25.587 --> 0:25:30.187
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
The SBA website further explains size standards OK.
0:25:30.187 --> 0:25:30.827
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Next slide please.
0:25:32.867 --> 0:25:45.267
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
OK, since this requirement would be supposed to be 8 days small business set aside
452.219 dash 14, which is the limitations on self contracting will apply.
0:25:46.757 --> 0:26:3.317
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
For services and self construction, it will not pay more than 50% of the amount paid by the government for contract performers to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities, any work that a similar situated entity further subcontracts with count towards the prime contract.
0:26:3.627 --> 0:26:11.907
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
To 50% subcontract amount that cannot be exceeded and you ask what is a similarly situated empty is a first tier subcontractor.
0:26:11.907 --> 0:26:23.67
Young, Leander R CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
They had the same small business program status without regard to a socioeconomic status, and it considered small for the size standard. Under Nace Co, the prime contractor assigned to the subcontract.
0:26:24.557 --> 0:26:25.277
And that's it for me.
0:26:30.867 --> 0:26:31.787
Thanks Leander.
0:26:32.347 --> 0:26:32.747
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
OK.
0:26:32.747 --> 0:26:36.147
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We're going to open it up for questions, answers.
0:26:36.427 --> 0:26:37.827
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I do want to go back to.
0:26:37.947 --> 0:26:51.587
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We don't have to go back to the slides, I know, but please keep in mind that nothing has been approved yet as far as the acquisition approach. So everything that we've discussed today is subject to change until we receive approval on how we move forward.
0:26:52.387 --> 0:26:54.587
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Just wanted to touch base on that yet again.
0:26:55.697 --> 0:26:59.377
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
But for now, if anyone has questions, feel free to put them in the chat.
0:26:59.377 --> 0:27:1.17
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
You can come off mic.
0:27:2.87 --> 0:27:12.647
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Again, like I stated earlier, if you have a question that is going to require a little research, we may not answer it today, but we will be sure to post it on Sam. Gov Andy lieber.
0:27:12.647 --> 0:27:13.847
Go ahead with your question.
0:27:15.47 --> 0:27:16.367
Andy Lieber
Yes, thank you.
0:27:17.857 --> 0:27:24.57
Andy Lieber
You had mentioned that this is in the 8A program, but earlier I think it was W said that this is new work.
0:27:24.57 --> 0:27:28.17
Andy Lieber
You've never done this before, so can you please clarify that for me?
0:27:29.837 --> 0:27:38.237
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
The work itself is it has changed a little bit as far as the scope goes, but RPSS has been around for several generations.
0:27:38.237 --> 0:27:45.917
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
This is actually the third generation that is being awarded, not through Oasis or through
A/C type contract.
0:27:46.237 --> 0:27:52.837
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So the only thing that's really changed is a few items in the PWS and the fact that we're going from a, say, top to a Maytag.
0:27:54.217 --> 0:27:55.177
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
That was.
0:27:54.347 --> 0:27:54.827
Andy Lieber
OK.
0:27:54.827 --> 0:27:56.947
So go ahead son.
0:27:56.17 --> 0:27:57.177
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I'm sorry to interrupt this.
0:27:56.407 --> 0:27:57.127
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Go ahead, West.
0:27:57.217 --> 0:27:57.657
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
This is West.
0:27:57.657 --> 0:27:58.457
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Bushnell, but that.
0:27:58.457 --> 0:28:5.537
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Yeah, that's Jonah said it exactly correct. What I was referring to was the acquisition vehicle is new.
0:28:5.577 --> 0:28:6.617
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
The work itself.
0:28:6.617 --> 0:28:8.337
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We've done this for a lot of years.
0:28:8.947 --> 0:28:11.707
Andy Lieber
Got it, got it. Thank you.
0:28:9.817 --> 0:28:13.57
Sorry, I will be more definitive in the future.
0:28:14.247 --> 0:28:15.207
Thank you.
0:28:16.537 --> 0:28:17.857
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Does that answer your question, Andy?
0:28:18.807 --> 0:28:19.487
Andy Lieber
It does.
0:28:19.777 --> 0:28:20.257
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
OK.
0:28:20.937 --> 0:28:22.217
Andy Lieber
And I have another question if I may.
0:28:23.17 --> 0:28:23.617
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Sure.
0:28:24.777 --> 0:28:28.417
Andy Lieber
You know, it sounds like this is like a good may talk.
0:28:28.417 --> 0:28:34.297
Andy Lieber
It's broad brush to, you know, get anything that's possible, but historically what?
0:28:34.337 --> 0:28:40.97
Andy Lieber
What are the would you say are the top three types of work that you would be buying off of this?
0:28:41.447 --> 0:28:41.927
0:28:42.7 --> 0:28:42.927
Good question.
0:28:43.447 --> 0:28:47.287
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So like I said, typically the largest.
0:28:48.607 --> 0:28:50.447
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
The largest effort would probably be GIS.
0:28:51.367 --> 0:28:58.487
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We do a tremendous amount of GIS data collection, data verification, data input that would.
0:29:0.257 --> 0:29:3.617
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Be followed, in my opinion, probably by builder.
0:29:4.497 --> 0:29:16.857
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Like I said, builder is a little bit of a an unusual beast in that if if it's just data collection and data verification then it falls into the services realm however requires a.
0:29:18.717 --> 0:29:24.677
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
An engineer then it must if it requires an engineering assessment. Excuse me. Then it must go to A&E.
0:29:25.237 --> 0:29:38.237
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
But typically we do a lot of builder work and some of that is for just raw data collection and input, and then the third thing would probably be subject matter experts.
0:29:40.217 --> 0:29:47.657
Coincidentally enough, subject matter experts and builder, we do quite a bit of work augmenting Garrison.
0:29:47.967 --> 0:29:55.607
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Staff command staff with individuals that are familiar with how the how's and why's of the builder system.
0:30:1.87 --> 0:30:1.487
Andy Lieber
Very good.
0:30:1.487 --> 0:30:2.607
Andy Lieber
Thank you very much.
0:30:4.177 --> 0:30:5.337
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Thanks for the question.
0:30:4.307 --> 0:30:5.107
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Oh yeah.
0:30:8.357 --> 0:30:9.997
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We have a question in the chat.
0:30:10.237 --> 0:30:14.997
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Are you able to share any current rpss incumbent service providers?
0:30:19.747 --> 0:30:23.947
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Wes, I'm gonna deflect that to you.
0:30:25.67 --> 0:30:25.587
0:30:27.757 --> 0:30:34.117
I mean I can send you. I'm assuming this question you mean you want me to tell you who the incumbents are?
0:30:37.7 --> 0:30:38.207
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Am I allowed to do that?
0:30:40.57 --> 0:30:43.17
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Let me pause there for a minute, lashonda.
0:30:43.547 --> 0:30:44.667
Jim Reidy
Well, this is Jim Reedy.
0:30:44.667 --> 0:30:46.147
Jim Reidy
I'm the one who put the question in there.
0:30:46.147 --> 0:30:52.667
Jim Reidy
Yes, it's exactly what I'm looking for. Since it's not a a new requirement, it's going under a new vehicle.
0:30:54.117 --> 0:30:58.197
Jim Reidy
And I have, you know, experience with these systems.
0:30:58.197 --> 0:31:8.757
Jim Reidy
I just was wondering who would be the the competition that already is in there providing services for G Febs, R plans, asip and so on.
0:31:10.397 --> 0:31:18.477
Smith, Lashonda Christal CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
He can provide us his information and we can give it to the the current contractors because I know some of them are under the GSA.
0:31:21.917 --> 0:31:32.877
Smith, Lashonda Christal CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Arena part so he can provide us his information and we'll make sure that give it to them and they can reach out to him and they want to do an opportunity to do business with that company.
0:31:39.707 --> 0:31:40.107
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
OK.
0:31:40.187 --> 0:31:45.747
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Yeah, it's time to say we can list the incumbents, but the particulars must be obtained through a FOIA request.
0:31:47.517 --> 0:31:54.157
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So that that is something that we can't answer today, but we can be sure to include that in the documentation that we're gonna post on Sam.
0:31:56.927 --> 0:32:0.87
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Is that good Andy or Jim? Sorry.
0:32:0.777 --> 0:32:2.17
Jim Reidy
Yes, that, that's that's good.
0:32:2.17 --> 0:32:2.697
Jim Reidy
Thank you very much.
0:32:2.957 --> 0:32:4.597
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
OK, we'll be sure to include that.
0:32:6.117 --> 0:32:7.957
Any other questions from anyone?
0:32:12.27 --> 0:32:12.707
Go ahead, Carol.
0:32:14.397 --> 0:32:14.957
Carol Maddox (Forge)
Yes, ma'am.
0:32:14.957 --> 0:32:16.957
Carol Maddox (Forge)
Thank you so kindly.
0:32:16.957 --> 0:32:36.157
Carol Maddox (Forge)
Two parter, wondering if you guys can verify that you're looking at support within the
Continental continental US CONAS and and also outside. And then if you can provide sort of the current disposition on how you see place of performance working through the vehicle over?
0:32:37.777 --> 0:32:38.777
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
OK so.
0:32:40.477 --> 0:32:42.757
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
In large part, yes, the work is going.
0:32:43.557 --> 0:32:46.797
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So in answer to your question, this is going to be.
0:32:49.27 --> 0:32:54.587
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
This contract will cover all locations that we currently do work in.
0:32:54.747 --> 0:33:12.987
I can't say worldwide because it has a particular legal connotation, but what I can tell you that it is that in May may involve work in certain foreign countries. If you like, I can list a few of them. We do work in Korea, Japan.
0:33:14.77 --> 0:33:17.877
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We've historically done work in various parts of Europe, Honduras.
0:33:18.947 --> 0:33:29.187
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We do on occasion go out to Kwajalein, which is part of the Marshall Islands, and we do work every once in a while in the Middle East.
0:33:29.467 --> 0:33:38.67
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
But what I can tell you is that in a large part, most of this work will be done desk side at your offices.
0:33:38.387 --> 0:33:44.387
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
It may be a requirement for you to travel to the individual locations either within the continental United States.
0:33:45.117 --> 0:33:47.597
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Or to any of the enumerated foreign countries.
0:33:48.637 --> 0:33:49.557
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
To collect data.
0:33:51.77 --> 0:33:54.517
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
To conduct meetings and maybe to give a presentation.
0:33:56.117 --> 0:33:56.437
But typically.
0:33:58.157 --> 0:34:2.477
Typically we're in and out in less than two weeks, so.
0:34:4.677 --> 0:34:6.597
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I'm sorry. There was a second part of your question.
0:34:8.147 --> 0:34:25.117
Carol Maddox (Forge)
And I think you just answered it, Sir, was it was placed a performance I heard primarily virtual with perhaps some travel and you know leaving the wiggle room that you may need to address on the requirement by requirement basis as orders may flow through.
And I'll just also.
0:34:25.117 --> 0:34:29.427
Carol Maddox (Forge)
Add that I can't seem to lower my own hand, but I appreciate the answer. Thank you.
0:34:30.167 --> 0:34:30.767
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
OK.
0:34:32.97 --> 0:34:33.257
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I won't call on you again though.
0:34:33.257 --> 0:34:34.297
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Thanks for letting me know.
0:34:36.197 --> 0:34:37.517
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Yeah. And I do believe that.
0:34:37.517 --> 0:34:43.717
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
The place of performance is listed in the performance work statement, which is currently posted on Sam under the original.
0:34:45.357 --> 0:34:52.157
Sourcesat that we posted so you can see additional countries that may be listed that W didn't cover.
0:34:54.7 --> 0:34:55.367
Carol Maddox (Forge)
Excellent. Thank you.
0:34:57.407 --> 0:34:59.687
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Do we have any other questions?
0:35:7.417 --> 0:35:7.537
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Yep.
0:35:7.637 --> 0:35:8.317
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Tammy.
0:35:9.507 --> 0:35:10.827
Tammy Fernandez
Yeah, quickly.
0:35:11.107 --> 0:35:13.827
Tammy Fernandez
The results of your sources saw it back in March.
0:35:13.827 --> 0:35:18.227
Tammy Fernandez
Did that help you gain any industry knowledge or did it?
0:35:18.507 --> 0:35:24.827
Tammy Fernandez
Did it verify too? And to small businesses? And so it won't go out to as full and open.
0:35:28.27 --> 0:35:34.27
Well, it our original sources. First was under a different name's code and then we had to change the names code.
0:35:34.27 --> 0:35:39.67
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
But I don't think as far as the acquisition approach it it changed anything.
0:35:39.547 --> 0:35:44.587
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
As mentioned, this has historically been an 8A acquisition, so it will remain 8A.
0:35:45.627 --> 0:35:49.147
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So it will be procured through 8A small businesses.
0:35:53.67 --> 0:35:54.147
Tammy Fernandez
Thank you.
0:35:54.457 --> 0:35:54.857
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Yep.
0:35:58.987 --> 0:36:0.467
Bushnell, Wesley A CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Sonia's got a question.
0:36:2.57 --> 0:36:3.737
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
OK, from a teaming perspective?
0:36:3.737 --> 0:36:10.577
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Well, the past performance of some subcontractors be allowed in addition to the primes.
0:36:12.307 --> 0:36:12.387
Ah.
0:36:18.937 --> 0:36:25.617
Are you talking about like in your proposal to submit past performance information on your Subs that you may team with?
0:36:32.717 --> 0:36:33.677
Smith, Lashonda Christal CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Can she come off, Mike?
0:36:36.77 --> 0:36:36.517
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I don't know.
0:36:36.517 --> 0:36:37.877
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Can you come off, Mike?
0:36:37.967 --> 0:36:42.167
RPSS Attendee
Yeah. Hey, team, this is Norman Wicks from the Broadway professional services. I was curious.
0:36:43.677 --> 0:36:48.717
RPSS Attendee
Given the nakes and given the 8 days set aside, the risk here is that large businesses.
0:36:50.557 --> 0:37:2.677
RPSS Attendee
Sort of. In spite of the 50% rule that the the prime does the work, unless they have a similarly situated partner.
0:37:5.907 --> 0:37:12.507
RPSS Attendee
Can the prime in their proposal use the past performance of another company?
0:37:14.777 --> 0:37:17.737
RPSS Attendee
And will it be counted equally to that of the primes?
0:37:22.637 --> 0:37:36.37
That is a good question that I do not know. We have not set up all of our evaluation factors as of yet since the RFP has not been released, we're still getting everything approved.
0:37:36.437 --> 0:37:41.277
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So that has not been addressed yet, but we can do a little bit more research into that and answer.
0:37:42.797 --> 0:37:49.677
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
When we post everything on Sam Gov, I know it's not the answer you're looking for today, but we can get an answer to you.
0:37:50.347 --> 0:37:50.787
RPSS Attendee
No problem.
0:37:50.787 --> 0:37:51.187
RPSS Attendee
Thank you.
0:37:54.987 --> 0:37:55.867
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Question in the chat.
0:37:55.867 --> 0:37:59.947
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Will there be another RFI and what are the next steps on the RFP?
0:38:1.957 --> 0:38:3.917
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I don't know that there will be another RFI.
0:38:6.637 --> 0:38:14.877
At this point, we don't anticipate 1 next steps on the RFP. We have a lot of approval processes that we need to go through in the acquisition world.
0:38:15.357 --> 0:38:23.837
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So right now we're at the beginning steps of getting our acquisition approached approved at one level and then it has to go through various other levels.
0:38:24.587 --> 0:38:29.387
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
And then once we get our approval, then the RFP will come out.
0:38:29.707 --> 0:38:33.787
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So we're looking at probably a few months down the road before that happens.
0:38:37.257 --> 0:38:43.417
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
And on that same line timeline for release of the RFP, we have milestones established.
0:38:43.457 --> 0:38:56.177
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
They're always subject to change because as I stated, we have several levels of approval that are approaching us to go through and we're at one level of approval and we still have several to go, I think.
0:38:57.757 --> 0:39:1.37
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Our original estimated date was.
0:39:2.797 --> 0:39:4.317
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Sometime towards the end of this year.
0:39:5.997 --> 0:39:6.877
November, December.
0:39:7.147 --> 0:39:9.627
Time frame. But again that subject of change I wouldn't.
0:39:9.667 --> 0:39:14.587
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
I wouldn't, you know, put that in concrete or anything. It could move to the left. It could move to the right.
0:39:14.587 --> 0:39:20.747
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
But that that was kind of our original goal, but it all depends on when we get approvals and how we move forward.
0:39:25.467 --> 0:39:26.787
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Any other questions?
0:39:29.967 --> 0:39:33.927
Smith, Lashonda Christal CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Yeah, you got several people with their hands up. I don't.
0:39:33.187 --> 0:39:35.747
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Yeah, some of them they can't lower, so.
0:39:35.517 --> 0:39:36.997
Smith, Lashonda Christal CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Oh, OK.
0:39:38.47 --> 0:39:46.407
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Yeah, but if if you have your hand up and I haven't called you, just come off Mike because we have the others with their hands up that I that they can't get them down.
0:39:51.227 --> 0:39:52.227
Maybe I can lower it?
0:39:55.567 --> 0:39:55.887
OK.
0:39:55.887 --> 0:39:56.487
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
There we go.
0:39:57.957 --> 0:40:5.557
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Now I don't see any hands raised and I don't see any questions in the chat, so I'll give it like another 30 seconds and then we'll head on to wrapping up.
0:40:7.277 --> 0:40:9.197
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
The presentation. So any other questions?
0:40:18.777 --> 0:40:20.857
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Inez, can you go to the next slide please?
0:40:24.267 --> 0:40:24.587
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
OK.
0:40:24.587 --> 0:40:27.947
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
So remember, share this information with others.
0:40:28.467 --> 0:40:30.467
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Again, everything is subject to change.
0:40:30.467 --> 0:40:32.587
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
We don't have anything approved as of yet.
0:40:32.907 --> 0:40:47.667
We just want to get as much information out as we can, but unfortunately it is subject to change. If you have any additional questions that you haven't thought of now, but you may think of later, please e-mail me and Inez. We're the ones that sent out the INV.
0:40:47.947 --> 0:40:49.827
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
And the responses and all of that. So.
0:40:50.537 --> 0:40:55.897
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
Just e-mail us and if we don't get back to you individually, we will post the answers on the Q&A.
0:40:56.327 --> 0:41:9.207
Sebben, Johnna M CIV USARMY CEHNC (USA)
That. Go on, Sam, these slides that we've presented today along with the Q&A, the attendees list and the recording and transcript of…
