About this file

This document is a Technical Review Checklist for a federal solicitation involving appliance procurement for Fort Campbell and Fort Jackson warehouses. The solicitation (W912DY-25-Q-0164) requires vendors to submit detailed technical documentation for administrative and housing furnishings, with strict evaluation criteria. Vendors must comprehensively demonstrate compliance with Furniture Item Descriptions (FID), including environmental certificates, warranties, and technical documentation requirements.

Key evaluation criteria include: (1) confirming all quoted items meet current environmental certificates, (2) organizing technical documents sequentially according to Furniture Item Descriptions, (3) verifying all items meet current warranties, and (4) annotating technical documents to highlight construction requirements. The procurement is issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering Support Center Huntsville, using simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13. Contractors must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) and are being evaluated through a multi-round technical review process to determine technical acceptability of their proposed appliances.
