Planning and Programming Architect Engineering IDC Virtual Industry Day March 10, 2021, 1300 to 1500 CST
The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) extends an invitation to a Virtual Industry Day event that will allow the Government to provide valuable information to industry regarding the subject acquisition, answer questions concerning the requirement, gather information to support the acquisition approach, and receive buy-in from industry. The Virtual Industry Day will also provide networking opportunities, and we encourage small business participation to increase the visibility of potential small business opportunities. The agenda will consist of an overview of the scope of work, planned acquisition strategy, tips and best practices for small businesses, and a Question and Answer (Q&A) session.
The Government's objective is to procure contractors who have the capability to support multiple task orders simultaneously at various geographical locations throughout the contiguous United States and outside the contiguous United States. The Government is seeking to identify capable small and large business sources under the anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541310, Architectural Services. The small business size standard is $8 million.
The Planning and Programming Architect Engineering services contract is to provide technical support for the planning, programming, and installation/facility management of real property in support of Department of Defense and other government agencies and activities. Technical support includes but is not limited to master planning, identifying and quantifying facility requirements, engineering analyses, geospatial projects, facility management support, facility utilization studies, land use requirements studies and analyses, environmental documentation, energy studies, and project programming and procurement documents. Full design, construction and repair services are excluded from this acquisition. Provide a proof of facility concept analysis and development of conceptual plans (15%). Conceptual plans would establish proof of concept of the facility in question.
CEHNC intends to award a firm, fixed-price (FFP), multiple award task order contract (MATOC), Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a proposed aggregate capacity of $160M;
shared amongst all awardees, a five-year contract with a period of performance consisting of one two-year base & one three-year option period.
