P&P A-E SCOPE OVERVIEW

Objectives

Shall be achieved through the implementation of an ID/IQ contract. Intent to award a total of seven (7) contracts, subject to change.

Upon MATOC ID/IQ award; task orders detailing technical requirements, deliverables and schedules will be awarded, stipulated within the task order scope of work.

Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, regulations, agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) and policies, including Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA)

Planning & Programming falls under the Installation Support and Programs Management Directorate at Huntsville Center

Description of Services

Provide technical support for the planning, programming and installation/facility management of real property in support of Department of Defense and other government agencies and activities.

Technical support includes but is not limited to master planning, identifying and quantifying facility requirements, engineering analyses, geospatial projects, facility management support, facility utilization studies, land use requirements studies and analyses, environmental documentation, energy studies, and project programming and procurement documents.

Full design, construction and repair services are excluded from this acquisition.

Provide a proof of facility concept analysis and development of conceptual plans (15%). Conceptual plans would establish proof of concept of the facility in question.

Locations

May involve work in multiple locations throughout the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and possessions

Overseas locations, may or may not include such as Germany, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Afghanistan, or any other country

The work will, in some cases, may necessitate travel to work sites and Government installations for the purposes of data collection, meetings, etc.
