QUESTION: Can you share number of Deaf/Hard of Hearing employees requiring services outlined in this request?
ANSWER: One
QUESTION: Is there an incumbent for these services? Can you share who that agency is?
ANSWER: There is no incumbent currently under contract.
QUESTION: Is there a recurring schedule for weekly/monthly meetings as outlined in the proposal? Will that be shared upon contract award?
ANSWER: Team meetings typically take place every other week on Tuesdays between 1300 and 1500 hours. This is subject to change. There are also quarterly meetings, dates and times for quarterly meetings are TBD.
QUESTION: Typically, how much notice is given for ad-hoc requests?
ANSWER: We try to give 24 hours' notice.
QUESTION: In the interpreting industry, paid lunches are typically a consideration as the contractor typically works through lunches providing accommodation services for employees. Can this be amended to allow for that time?
ANSWER: No, the Government will not pay for lunches.
QUESTION: Industry standard cancellation policy is 48 hour notice for the requester to remain unbilled for that time. If the notice comes within 48 hours of the scheduled event, industry standard is to bill for the entire time requested. Can this be amended to follow typical industry practices?
ANSWER: Yes. See PWS Revision 01 paragraph C.01 and C.03.1.
