About this file
This file provides specifications for utility monitoring and control systems projects. The Corps of Engineers is soliciting proposals for utility monitoring and control systems to include HVAC, chiller/boiler systems installation and integration, SCADA systems, other automated control systems including fire alarm and security systems, and utility metering worldwide. Offerors should be capable of providing worldwide support for the procurement and installation of these systems. The specifications reference various Department of Defense, industry standards and codes for electrical, mechanical and building systems. Compliance with host nation laws is required for overseas work.
