Q. Will the manufacturers (or “contractor(s)”) be able to utilize the plants ladders and or man-lifts to attach the oil supply and return tubing to the transformers oil supply and return valves? Q. Can you further clarify the following statement within section 1.2 “All required interconnecting cables and leads between the monitor enclosure and the transformer control cabinet shall be provided”. Will the manufacturers (or “contractor(s)”) be required to provide this connection or will this be provided by the plant?

A. The manufacturer (or “contractor(s)”) shall provide the interconnection materials. See updated specs.

Q. Can you further clarify the following statement within section 2.2.1 “drawings showing installation details of the on-line gas monitor and associated equipment on the transformers and how the monitor will interface with the powerhouse (if applicable),”.
