The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside with a project magnitude range of $5-10 million, using NAICS code 236220. Key details include an electronic proposal submission deadline of 2:00 PM EST on 10 November 2025, with proposals to be emailed to Monica Coniglio and Matthew Lubiak at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
